The Lake Edge Café has amazing views over Lake Purrumbete and is open Wednesday to Sunday. The Bungador Berry Farm is open December to March on weekends. Pick your own strawberries and enjoy a tasty treat in the farm café.
Sweet treats are plentiful at Dairylicious Farm Fudge. The fudge is created on site using all natural products. The farm café is open every day.
The Timboon Railway Shed Distillery is open 7 days where you can enjoy a tasting of spirits made on site by distiller Josh. Lunch on the deck is a fabulous way to enjoy regional produce. The distillery also boasts a great selection of local products to purchase including local ABecketts Creek Beef.
Treat yourself to a delicious ice cream at Timboon Ice Creamery with many amazing flavours to choose from. Licorice is definitely my fave!
Visit the Schulz Organic Creamery and Cafe where the milk comes directly from the dairy next door. Enjoy a country lunch in the picturesque cottage gardens and watch the farm animals go about their day in the nearby paddocks.
Travel towards Cooriemungle and Apostle Whey Cheese. Sample award-winning cheese and enjoy a coffee and toastie. Your chocolate fix is five minutes down the road at GORGE Chocolates. It is hard to stop at just one, so pick up a few. Who doesn’t love a chocolate frog! Local artisan products are also available here.
Take in the 12 Apostles and drive on to feast at Forage on the Foreshore in Port Campbell. Chef Sam Anderson champions local produce and seafood. Enjoy views of the bay from the café while you enjoy a memorable meal.
