Our beef is grown and raised on our family farm in Mount Moriac, in the beautiful Surf Coast hinterland. We breed and fatten Black Angus cattle sourced from the Murdeduke Angus stud, chosen for their temperament, growth, and fattening ability.

All of our cattle are handled quietly by hand and on foot by our family, and live a low stress and happy life, ranging freely in paddocks on the farm. The result? Premium, tender, delicious and well marbled beef.
